Located in the heart
of Wisconsin's "Last Wilderness" at the top of the State, on the border
with Michigan's Upper Peninsula, Skyview Lodge and Supper Club offers four
seasons of outdoor action or relaxin' among the natural splendor of the
northwoods forests and clear glacial lakes.
Situated on quiet Boot Lake, our lodge
offers 14 units with a mix of motel rooms and full kitchen suites. A traditional
Wisconsin "supper club" is housed in a separate building with a fill bar
and lounge area with fieldstone fireplace and 2 dining rooms, affording
meeting or private group dining. |
One
mile away is the village of Presque Isle Wisconsin ("almost an island"),
a non-commercialized remnant of the logging era unique to the northwoods.
The area is surrounded by the Ottawa National Forest, hundreds of
pristine lakes and streams for all types of fishing, thousands of acres
of public lands open for hunting, Porcupine Mountain State Park,
the Sylvania Wilderness Tract, downhill and cross-country ski trails,
hundreds of miles of snowmobile and hiking trails, both paved and
rugged biking trails and all the wildlife that nature has saved
for "Wisconsin's Last Wilderness."
Interested in visiting the Presque Isle
area? Want to know what the weather and conditions are like? Visit Skyview's
snowmobile
trail reports and lake
reports for up-to-date and accurate information about what
is happening in the Presque Isle area. Adam prides himself on giving accurate
and honest reports for northwoods visitors.
